Where to: Braid hills
How far: Approximately 15km
What pace: This is a training ride that will be suitable for all fitness levels, however, we won’t be stopping to look at features etc so you will need to be reasonably confident off-road. We’ll have set segments where the goal is to ride as fast you can (want). We’ll regroup after every effort and roll together until the next segment. Although this is a training ride, please respect other trail/road users, give way as necessary and ride within your limits.

We highly recommend loading the route to your cycling computer/watch/phone so you don’t get lost etc. We will look out for each other but due to the nature of the ride, the group will likely spread out across the segments.
